Safety Alert: Costco Recalls Meatloaf for Salmonella Risk

Costco Wholesale Corp. has recalled their meatloaf and potato meal kit in almost 30 states for potential salmonella contamination.

Costco is issuing a recall for certain “Sell By” dates of Item #30783, Meatloaf with Mashed Yukon Potatoes and Glaze. This action is due to a recall initiated by an ingredient supplier, Griffith Foods Inc., concerning an ingredient used in the meatloaf component. Read Full Article.
